Visa refused appeal right!

Hello members !
Applied visa on 28-12-12
Refused without any enquiry on 21-05-13

Reasons : (1)Bank letter does not say my name (No bank provides applicant name on sponser's letter)

(2) My name was not mentioned in Advertisement.

Still looking for a right solicitor to lodge a appeal.

I would like you guys to advice me that how my case is positive for appeal and how can i justify these 2 points?

i seen on forum many guys refused when they are using third party bank statement , it is not possible bank mention your name on bank statement , no way , even UKBA also knows all bank policies .
