did the interviewer collect and KEEP the supporting documents you presented during the interview or were they returned back to you?

One friend of mine was interviewed on the 16th of April. He said interview was fantastic but not sure why it is taking so long to have a decision.

She wasn't keen to keep the documents but I gave her all the relevant documents in original, then she said that case worker will send u all original documents back.
