After getting Entrepreneur Vis Change of Circumstance

Hello friends,

My friend has got his entrepreneur visa about 2 months ago via in-country aplication.
He was a single applicant as a Director plus Marketing consultant of his business, but right now after getting visa he is planning to leave his existing position and start his own security company which was not mentioned at the time when application was made.

The designation of ''Security Manager'' falls in graduate occupational list by UKBA.

Now what should he do in order to follow the legal guidelines & how should he inform the UKBA that he is shifting his business activities from a Marketing Consultnat to a security manager? How long this process gonna take and what are the HO's requirements need to be followed ?

Any senior members help and support will be much appreciated.

he doesnt need to inform about his business change...

as long as he is involved in business activity and invests his money he is ful filling UKBAs requirements...

i may be wrong...but i have switched my business and have not updated it with UKBA...coz with ur three years visa u may take up multiple businesses and invest in more than one business and u r not required to update UKBA everytime...

I agree completely with my_friend.

You do not need to inform anyone about the change of business.

While extension you need to show that you have invested in a NQF Level 4 and above business and thats it.
