EEA Family permit joint application

Post by tedy31 » Mon May 27, 2013 11:40 am

Dear All ,

Pls advise as we're looking for answers...

I am an EEA national and my husband a national of Sri Lanka is here with a Residence Card. We would like his parents to visit us for a 2 weeks to 1 month holiday in September. He's parents are both over 60 and retired therefore we have prepared all documents for them.

After checking UKBA website we prepared all documents and forms and send them to Sri Lanka. When they went to apply we rudely found out that they stopped taking paper application and the only way is for them to apply online.

Now we were planning for them to apply together as they are travelling together and obviously have only one set of original documents.

Please advise as the Offices are closed how to proceed with the online application??? Should they still apply together putting both of their details in or they need to make two separate application??

I appreciate any help in this matter PLS ADVISE...

It might be better if you continued in your other thread. In that thread, you were given some advice as to the type of application you should be making.
