Dear All,

We wish to bring to your kind notice the fraud that is going on running in two shops located at********************* and the other shop located at ***********.

These shop are owned by three individuals whose names are (i) *** (ii) *** and (iii) ***

These fellows are funny persons they are adopting all illegal means and methods to run their business and make money. Following are the fraudulent deeds of these persons of which we request you to take cognizance immediately and book a case against them under the labour law.

1. The owners of the shop have no permission to employ any child but ignoring the mandates of the law they are employing children below the age of 12 years.

2.There is a certain minimum wage fixed by law which an employer is supposed to pay to the staff working in his shop but in contravention of this law the owners of these shop are paying just 20 pounds for 11 hours shift.

3.The owners of these shop are exploiting and abusing the labour, particularly the foreign illegal Nationals and children, and denying them proper wages which is highly objectionable.

4.You know very well that every employer is supposed to pay the national tax and the national insurance to the government but no tax is paid and no insurance dues are paid by these employers.

5. You can visit the shop and see for yourself the inhuman activities going on in these shops and take action.

6.The worst of all the things is that the owners of these shop are abusing children, they are touching the private parts of the children and enjoying themselves.

We are constrained to bring such illegal things to your kind notice as they affect the high image of the country and the decent atmosphere of our business environment.

Hope you will take immediate action under the provisions of Labour Law and save the image of the country and the rights of the innocent workers in our shops.

As citizens, we hold the responsibility to report the above mentioned crime to the Authorities.

kanwal fatima, I have felt the need to edit your post above, as well as moving duplicate posts out of sight. Why? Because this Board has no way of checking the allegations that you make, and needs to protect itself from possible libel allegations.

But they are serious allegations, and as well as contacting UKBA I suggest you also contact HMRC, who police minimum wage legislation. And Social Services at the local council, concerning child protection issues.
