What If I stay more than 180 days outside the UK

Hi All,

I have a quick question. I am soon going to apply for ILR having spent 5 years on Tier 1 (general) but I think I have exceeded or near of 180 days spent outside the UK over 5 years of my stay as I have been to India for a month on annual holiday every year and in one year I went twice as my Mother was severely ill so all together I have spent roughly around 180 days outside the UK over 5 years

I would like to know if this fact gonna be an issue for my ILR?
Please help.
