Best London Barrister for a complicated ILR Application

Post by HopefulCitizen » Tue May 28, 2013 9:55 am

Hi All,

Can any one please give me few proven names of good solicitors/barristors based in London who are specialist in complex ILR application?

I have googled but everyone claims to be the "best" so I am confused. I would be very grateful if you could share with me any experience of yours ?

Many Thanks

Hi thanks for your reply.
No I am not due in court but was thinking to consult with barrister ( along with the solicitor) who would advise me under my circumstances so that it could also be useful in my appeal ( if it goes to appeal). I have made enough mistakes in the past. It is just my own assumptions, I may be wrong but I was thinking to use correct advise and barristers are tend to be more knowledgeable with law and guidelines etc. I have been to few solicitors and they have all advised me differently and I am very very confused at the moment.

A barrister does not deal with Applications to the ukba they only tend to advise once an application is refused and they also only give advice direct to members of the public in limited circumstances. You are best off consulting a reputable solicitor.
