AN Form 1.3 Please say when you were given indefinite leave.

Post by chineseguyuk » Tue May 28, 2013 10:36 am

I applied for the ILR back in September 2012 and received my documents with home office letter back in January, 2013. it showed 18th of January. I think I received the permit card two days after that. I have checked my ILR card, it doesn't mention anything about the issue day and only valid until date which is 17/09/2022. So I don't know the exact date I need to write under 1.3. Please anybody helps me. Thanks a lot.

Issue date is the date of the approval letter you received from the HO.

However the letter states:
On receipt of the permit you must check it carefully to make sure that all details on it are correct.

I have checked that all my personal details are correct. but there is no issue date. so should I just write 18th, January 2013? I am applying under marriage route. Thanks.

Are you sure it does not say "date and place of issue"? If not just put January 2013 as the date is immaterial, you only need to be settled as you are the spouse of a British Citizen.
