Hi
I have WP which was issued on 29th Oct 2008 in India . I switched to WP from Fresh talent WISS visa. I entered UK on 20th Nov 2008 with Work permit stamp. My visa is valid untill 29th Oct 2013. If my clock starts on 20th Nov 2008 then when should I apply for visa? I am bit confused. I was thinking to apply on 1st Oct 2013 but in that case , i wouldnot complete my 5 year lawfull stay in this country. Could anybody highlight on this confusion.
