Court Hearing Date Timeline

My husband submitted spouse visa application 07/01/2013
It was refused on 19/03/2013
We appealed on 27/03/2013
The ECM has deadline until 10/09/2013
Anyone know how long after the deadline will the court hearing be?

I'm praying the court hearing is done before my 1 year marriage anniversary which is 25th December so I can go India to celebrate with my husband at least
