I got refusal on 22nd may
Reason
Bank letter is not dated and does not contain the third party full address including postcode and landline number
Furthermore you have not provided a letter from legal representative confirming the validity of signature on third party declaration letter
What I can do as I don't have right of appeal my visa is still valid
Please anybody can advice

It can be if you can prove them wrong ... (which I think you cant because you don't have appropriate bank and legal letters) and reapplying will be as per new rules.

No not now rules changed on 13thdec 2012
I applied on 12th dec 2012 using third party funding 200k

as far as I know you can not make in country application .... I will recommend read policy guidance in details

Refusal reasons I got my solicitor saying it can be challenged
