biometric letter

biometric letter

I applied for tier 1 general extension on 13 may via post. Fee defucted next day and I recieved acknowledgement on 21 may dated 15 may. But no biometric letter since then. Its bit unusual coz every one is getting it after 6 or 7 days . I called ukba and they said the biometric letter was generated on 16 may but I m still waiting. Any idea wat can I do in case it is lost in post. Please advise wat u can do now.
