ICT > General Dependent - any leave of Absence required?

Post by cinydorieno » Wed May 29, 2013 11:00 am

Hello all,

I am currently on a Tier-2 General visa. My wife is currently with me in the UK on a Tier-2 ICT Visa. For changing her ICT Visa to Tier-2 General Dependent Visa, she is flying back to India (after taking necessary leaves from the company).

She is planning to continue her employment with her company in UK once she is back in UK (as a dependent). Assuming that this is possible, does she need to show any necessary documentation that she is currently employed in the UK at the time of visa application? We just want to cover all angles and hence the question.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Oneiro.
