What do I need to do to lodge a fresh app after refusal?

Hi All,

Followiing my partner's Tier 2 Dependant Visa refusal, I have decided to lodge a fresh application.

I would be grateful if anyone can help me with the requirements for making a new application and what are the things to bear in mind?
