Hi I've been refused my spouse visa
Because I've submitted 3 months payslips
And 3 months bank statements my
Question is can I make an appeal and submit
The 6 months payslips and bank statement
Will I win or is it best to resubmit a fresh application

Probably would get overturned on appeal but wait will be 6-9 months. New application is costly but likely to be quicker in getting a response.
