Absences letter to be Employer certified?

Post by ricky2809 » Wed May 29, 2013 5:27 pm

Hi ALL,

Visa category: Work permit holder (closed category)

I do not have any work related absences from the UK during the 5 year period of eligibility for ILR. All absences from the UK are personal.
Do I require an employer statement for leave of absences outside UK?

If so, how can the company certify my days outside UK? The employer can only certify that the days were part of annual leave and I was paid during that period.

If your Employer could certify that your absences from UK were part of your annual leave and were paid would be sufficient. In addition I did an Excel sheet detailing all My absences from UK. CW checked it with her records and was O.K with that.
