Tier 2 ict - options for changing employers

Post by flyinglotus13 » Wed May 29, 2013 7:34 pm

Hi All,

Just wondering if you guys could give me a hand with this. Am based in the UK on a tier 2 ICT and want to know whether it is possible to change employers under such a visa.

I received the visa last year (so not eligible for the old April 2010 cutoff).

My understanding is that it is not possible to change employers under this visa without leaving the country for the 12 month cooling off period or if I get a job where the salary is above 152k. Is this correct?

Also, if I leave the country and try to apply for a tier 5, would i still be subject to a cooling off period?

Any help would be appreciated.

Also, if I leave the country and try to apply for a tier 5, would i still be subject to a cooling off period? No, cooling off only applies to T2
Any help would be appreciated.
