Tier 1 ( General ) Sister / Nephew Visit to UK

Hi, I am currently on Tier 1 (General) visa and would like my sister and her 7yrs old son to visit me in UK. Please confirm according to new rules on which visit visa category they should apply? According to my knowledge they should apply as General Visitor because I am not British citizen or dont have ILR.
