So what? Why did you post this as it's not relevant to anything given that you have not included any historical information about yourself? We can't say if it's an accurate and reasonable decision as we don't know anything about you. Or perhaps you have posted previously, in which case it would be better to continue in that thread. Do you actually have a question for discussion?

I think its best u wait till u and partner have been together for two yrs. Hopefully u can get married in that time and get a job. Gather as much evidence as possible then apply in 2yrs time

We have been together 2 years just not living together for two years. in any other thing in England if you are living as if you are man and wife you are classed as partners(a couple) ie anything to do with benefits, money etc(is only the UKBA that have there own definition of what a partner is.
(If you had a house and moved your girlfriend in what would they be?)
And as i have stated i am in employment full time permanent employment the UKBA were made aware of this just after the application was made.

And no where in the application refusal does it mention about finances or employment etc.

Then u have to wait till you have lived together for two years. Did u send in Ur pay slips to them? That would even if they didn't mention it. If u.apply before the two years elapsed they would refuse for d same reasons as before
