Now i am bit scary and tense bcoz many of this forum getting refuses for third party funds. With all your experience can you suggest me please. Now My uncle is sponsoring to both of us. £50000 in uk bank only.

Hi,
You will need your Uncle's declaration
A letter from Legal representative confirming the Third party. Format is in Policy guidance.

But still seeing so many rejection . I will suggest you to keep money in joint account and make 2 affidavits for each other that money is available and accessible to each other.
And of course a Good Business plan.

Please check the last page that is "53".

If you get this done and show his bank statements should do.

In my interview, the interviewer asked for the source of my investment. He said as long as it is not a loan that you have to return back it's fine.

But if your uncle is loaning it to you then you have to prove that your business is doing well and will return it to him in time.
