Naturalisation residence (4+1ILR) requirements?
Residence length breakdown-
5 years lawfully residence (4 years as a dependent + 1 year Indefinite Leave to remain), so he/she can full fill both requirements 5 years and 1 year without immigration control.
Please could you let me know, am I right?
Many Thanks

Yes providing s(he) meets the other
standard requirements if not the
spouse or civil partner of a British Citizen.

It would when the person is settled - 5 years. The new rules for spouses whether exercising treaty rights or not is also 5 years for settlement.
