As the offence was more than 3 years old and was (I'm assuming) a non custodial sentence then it should not result in a rejection although there is some discretion for the caseworker to reject applicants who have recklessness offences, it's unlikely.

I believe that is failing to stop after an accident? It's unlikely to cause a refusal (though no guarantee) given the sentence and time since you committed the offence.
