As the offence was more than 3 years old and was (I'm assuming) a non custodial sentence then it should not result in a rejection although there is some discretion for the caseworker to reject applicants who have recklessness offences, it's unlikely.kali13 wrote:hi i applied for BC in 27/03/2013 i have driving offence it was in 2009 ,its driving offence effect my application
