I've used them for a family visitor visa before - but not a spouse visa.

Equally - I've just obtained a family visitor visa with completely uncertified passport copies ...

So it's hard to say it's a certain 'yes' or 'no' from my experience.

If you're concerned - I'd find a solicitor and get them to certify.

Thanks for your reply. I have one more question. Is there any requirement of sponsorship letter?

Thanks in advance

Yes - You will need to fill one of these out.

Ideally the passport should be certified by a solicitor for purposes such as this.

Furthermore the SU07 form as suggested by above post is normally used by sponsors who are sponsoring elderly dependent relatives ( parents/grandparents).

The one for spouse is slightly different

Pm me you email address and I will send you it
