HSMP and marriage

My Girlfriend is planing to apply for a student or tourist visa for UK while I will be on HSMP visa. If we get married is she able to stay in UK and work without restrictions? Any advises will help

If you are married, you will have to submit you original HSMP letter, marriage certificate and your passport ,etc to support her application as your dependent..
