Your suggestion always helped me a lot
My collage cancelled their sponsor as i applied for
Another sponsor with highly trusted collage but due to the
Reason my previous sponcer course was of nqf level 7 and i applied for level 6
Home office refused my application (I have completed my 5 papers of ACCA but due to the reason i booked 14 papers with my previous collage i am considered as nqf level 7 student)
Should i make a new applicationand HO has written that i can still continue with my previous visa but my previous sponsor has been also cancelled now i am confused that what step should i take

As my previous sponsor was of nqf level 7 i can only apply for level 7?
My previous visa was valid till 2015 i came to this country in 2012
Should i go back to my country and apply for new application?
Can i apply from my country for nqf level 6 or i have to apply for level 7

I think you should leave UK and apply from home country for rest of your ACCA papers with all other requirements fulfilled. Book remaining all 9 papers of ACCA you will be considered as L7 student.
