Cover sheet signature confusion Tier 2 ext online

I am the main applicant with 3 dependents of which 2 are under 18. I have signed at where the applicant declaration is written and in the box before applicant’s signature in the cover sheet created online after submitting Tier 2 ext application under heading documents for (main applicant) Mr. ABC. Can you please let me know who signs in the box before applicant’s signature is stated after the 1st dependent declaration sign, under heading documents for (dependent 1) Mrs. ABC. Will the main applicant that is me who will sign here also or the (dependent 1) Mrs. ABC. I have to mail this application urgently, an earliest reply to this confusion is highly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, my only worry is under heading documents for (dependent 1) Mrs. ABC, the dependent 1 has signed the dependent declaration but just after that there are wordings like the photographs, documents submitted are true likeness of me and correct etc etc and there is a box where applicant's signature with the date box, can you please clarify whether the dependent 1 signs here also OR is it the main applicant who will sign here.
