Tier 1 General to ILR Dependant

Post by bharath123 » Fri May 31, 2013 12:53 am

Hi All,

I am completing my 5 years (0.5 year on Work Permit and 4.5 years on Tier 1 General) this July and eligible for ILR. My wife has her own Tier 1 General (Not Dependant Visa) and she will be completing 4 years in July. We have been married for the past 4 years and living in the same address continuously in UK.

My questions are
1. Can I include my wife as my dependent in ILR application.
2. If Yes, will she be eligible for naturalization with me after 1 year.

Please advice.

Thanks
