ILR FOR SPOOUCE

I got married in march 2011 and in India and she obtained visa as DEPENDENT of Tier 1 visa holder in June 2011. she arrived in UK July 2011. In August 2012 I have obtained ILR after completion 5 years of Tier 1. At the same time my wife was granted 2 years of dependent visa of a settled person as she comes under old rule. my question is can she apply for ILR in July 2013 as she will complete 2 years stay with me under the old rule?
