EEA2 Application .Serious mistakes by HO Staff

Post by zainibaba » Fri May 31, 2013 9:55 am

Few weeks ago I applied eea2 for my wife and son.
We recieved acknowledgement letters in which I found serious mistakes by HO staff....They have registered wrong DOB and wrong name of my son..one mistake in wifes name (m instead of n).....it seems they have not bothered to see my sons birth certificate in which details are written. ..my elder brother applied sons birth certificate so his name is also written as applicant of certificate.as it is normal in Pakistan .staff has attached my brother name with my son name.and I dont understand why they have his wrong DOB..How possible such careless people are working there? .They have refused to acknowledge my son as my son so no work permission. I am shocked to see this ignorance....
Anyone can help me please what should I do?
And it is possible to go to home office Birmingham branch in person?
I will appreciate any help

I don't know the particulars of your case. I don't know what documents you submitted or if they required a translation. In any event, viewing different documentation from different countries may cause some confusion.

If there are mistakes and they require to be corrected, please contact the issuer of the document and point that out.

I hope it all works out for you.
