Thankful but a bit tensed

I applied for my Uk spouse visa back in June 2012 ,Allhumdullilah got my visa granted in nov last year . During this time I was in Pakistan , delivered a baby boy and applied for his British passport from Pakistan but unfortunately it took many months and now in June 2013 I would collect it in next few days ... I didnt travelled in thus time n would be travelling for the first time on my spouse visa inshaAllah soon... I'm a bit tensed that it might create some problem fro me on reaching England .. Is this a problematic issue or not?? What questions are generally asked before entry clearance?
