Hi Guys,

I have booked an appointment with Croydon PEO for 21-June-13 for ILR under Tier 1 General route. I have a child that is born in the UK in January 2013 and I am not going to include him with our ILR application. Instead, I am in a process of getting MN1 form ready so as to send in the post as soon as our BRB cards are received after ILR appointment.

My question is can I get the referees to fill in their details on the MN1 form before we get our ILR? I have got an appointment booked with Health Visitor for coming Monday and she is ready to fill in her details. Is this going to be an issue if date on the referee section is dated before ILR is granted to us?

Your help is much appreciated. Please advise.
