Family Visitor Visa

Post by sharh » Fri May 31, 2013 11:40 pm

Hello!
My husband has just been granted a family visit visa to the UK to visit me and my family which is a multiple entry visa valid for 6 months. In the application we requested a stay of 10 days but we are now thinking we would like to extend this to a max of a month but I am not sure whether we can do this or not? Would we be better sticking to the 10 days for a first visit and then having another visit within the 6 month visa or would it not be an issue to extend his first stay? I have tried to find the information I need on the UKBA site but cant find anything. Any help from anyone who has been in this situation would be great! Many thanks!!
