Refusal - Please Help

Post by Tom001 » Sat Jun 01, 2013 4:15 pm

Dear Friends,

Sadly i have got a refusal today as i failed/forgot to submit the "companies House Current Appointment Sheet". I submitted the company house certificate that was not good enough.

I have been given a right to appeal - but can I re-apply as a new application? as appeal decision will take long time.

They haven't returned any of my documents with refusal letter.

Please help.

In my opinion, its best to reapply, you have clearly missed a vital document C.A.R which is mentioned in policy document.
Another reason for suggesting a reapply is that getting a appeal date is a time consuming task.
Cheers
