BC application after Unmarried Partner ILR

Post by vzaytseva » Sun Jun 02, 2013 12:15 am

Hi everyone!

I would really appreciate your advice on the following matter:

I have recently received ILR based on unmarried partnership of two years. Unfortunately, we have now split up and are no longer living together. Does this affect my ILR status? Am I still legible to apply for BC in 12 months after getting ILR even though I am not in a relationship with the same person anymore?

Many Thanks!

No effect on ILR status.
You should satisfy the standard requirements.
