After entry to UK via Singh, then what?

Post by Graham Weifang » Sun Jun 02, 2013 10:05 am

Hi All,

I am trying to look ahead a few years, please bear with me.

I am UK citizen, passport holder, etc.
My wife is Chinese, so Non-EEU.

We plan to leave China soon, and live in an EU country, where I will work, and we will rent an apartment for up to 6 months.

During that period, we register in that EU country, and apply for her EEA-FP.

Apply for entry to UK using Singh.

Then travel to UK together, and settle.

She applies for her EEA2, and NI number, as soon as possible upon arrival, and we both get jobs and work.

Fast forwad 5 years, still happy married, and with say 4 year old child.
----> 1 year
----> 2 years
----> 3 years
----> 4 years
----> 5 years.

During that time, we have remained in UK for more than 6 months in every one of them years.

What comes next for PR ?
Is it the application for EEA4 ?

Thanks.

Gra.

.
Excellent, I should have had a more thourough look.

So the work details, residence details, whilst in the other EU country, need to be kept safe.

The very same documents are for presentation for EEA2, then 5 years later, same documents for EEA4

Thanks,

Gra.
