I AM DUE TO APPLY FOR ILR UNDER THE SET P ROUTE. I HAVE A CRIMINAL CONVICTION WHICH I DID COMMUNITY SERVICE FOR.

CAN I STILL APPLY FOR SETTLEMENT OR EXTENSION USING THE SAME FORM.

Sentence was 120 hours community service for perverting the course of justice, November 2012.
