Tier 1 G dependant visa from Pakistan

Post by developer101 » Sun Jun 02, 2013 12:48 pm

I will soon be applying tier 1 general dependant visa for my wife in Pakistan.

We been married for 5 plus months now. What my concern basically is about marriage proof and proof that marriage will meant to continue etc.

Obsviously we have marriage cert and it was genuine marriage, but only thing is that it was low profile marriage due to some serious factors when I was in Pakistan. So there are few marriage picture but I stayed in Pak for more than month. Infact after marriage I returned to UK and then I went back to Pakistan, then spent time with my wife. Obviously I had made several calls to her when from UK. So call log for some period I can provide for proof

1.But my questions are, aren't marriage photos and conversations something private?
2.Is there any official written requirements from UKBA suggesting what documents need to be provided to proof of marriage continuation?
3.How much proof is enough proof to satisfy case worker? Or what document(s) missing will result in rejection?

Other than above mentioned issue, the rest is fine with me. I got enough funds , job is there (32k yearly salary). I am sharing house with some one here so I dont have own rent house at moment. Bills are not in my name as well. I am thinking when wife come I will then get a house or just before her arrival. Will it be a problem not having house now?

I will appreciate answers to my questions.

Thanks.
