Hi

i was bit confused about this statement?

Section D : Option to make New application

Please Note that there is no administrative review available for an in-country application under the PBS.
if yo are not entitled to a statutory right of appeal, you may wish to submit a fresh application with new or additional information must include full supporting evidence (including required evidence supplied to us with and perviours application) and appropriate fee. all supporting evidence supplied to us requirements specified in the immigration rules. alternatively, if you wish to apply for leave to remain in another capacity you must do on the appropriate application from with the appropriate fee. further information ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk

In all cases an application should be made before your current leave expires.

"Am i allow to submit new application or Not"?

But my visa has been expired.

nagisons - sorry to hear about your refusal.

You have 28 days to make a fresh application from the date of the refusal letter.

By the way, what was the reason for your refusal?

how could you forget the CAR ? Anyways, have you got a right of appeal? As you said your visa is expired you should have been given a right of appeal. If yes then you can either appeal the decision or submit a fresh application.

appeal and try if not successful than I think you will still have a option to reapply within 28 day from the decision of appeal. (not sure about that but wait for others forum members thought on this too)
