Surrender Certificate for child issued without signature

Surrender Certificate for child issued without signature

I recently applied for surrender certificate for me and my family through VFS (postal application) and I received the surrender certificates issued by HCI, London for all of us in 10 days. Me and my wife's surrender certificates have been stamped and signed by the relevant authority of HCI. However, the surrender certificate of my child has been stamped, but it is not signed by the relevant authority of HCI.

I am in dilemma whether this may create a problem when I apply for OCI, and would appreciate some guidance in this matter.
