tier 1 and late arrival TO uk

Hi,

My case is clear and simple, but still a bit confused whether I would be eligible for ILR (HSMP +Tier 1 route) with new rules in place (180 days). I know I will be eligible by Aug'4th 2013 if considering date of entry (1st Sep'2008).

Date visa valid from: 5th May 2008
Date entered UK: 1st Sep 2008 (120 days)
1st Extension: 21st May 2010-21st May-2013
2nd Extension: 12th Feb 2013-12th Feb 2015 (to be on safe side)

Total number of days outside UK after 1st entry (120 DAYS +58 (mostly 2-3 weeks of paid annual leaves in 4 years span)
