Biometric card extension

Hi there,

We had applied for a 3 year extension on on our resident permit back in October. We received a letter to go and get our fingerprint done which we did at a local post office in January. I have still not received the new card and all our photo IDs are with the home office. Do you know how long it takes roughly, our solicitors knows nothing apart from taking money. Is there any way I can get my ID's back at-least.

Please be helpful if you have any knowledge.

have you received any letter of APPROVAL regarding your application?
