Pre 9th July rule2012

Post by Kallmay » Mon Jun 03, 2013 1:21 pm

Hello please help, my husband has been tier 4 dependent since 2008. I was approved for ILR 10 yrs. He applied FLR(M). Will he be under the old rule/prejuly rule financial requirement? Thanks

Do you think it's not too late to write ukba because my husband applied FLR(M) last December 2012?
