Hello Expects,

currently i am on Tier-2 visa valid until 2015 Trying to change of employer with different job title on tier-2 G.


I am looking to move to new job "Technical support/sales Manager/Engineer" My job title and history is listed below.


PSW switching to Tier-2 applied and got visa in 2012 January

Job title: Hardware engineer

Job type: 2132 IT, software professionals

Summary of job description:
Responsibilities: 1.Identification of hardware failuresand subsequent correction by repair or replacement.2. Hardware maintenance including solving problemsin operational systems. 3. Liaising with 3rd parties on technical hardware matters. 4. Tracking, reviewingand assessing evolving hardware technologies, and making recommendations on how these should be
incorporated into the company's business (where appropriate). 5. Supporting the company's partners and distributors in all technical and hardware issues. 6.Maintaining the security, integrity and confidentiality of data and information to Which they are provided access during the course of their work. Note: Employee's in house title at per Company Policy listed as
Hardware/Technical Support Engineer.

Gross salary in pound sterling including any allowances and guaranteed bonuses: 20800.00

My questions:

1.Can my new company sponsor me to the job title ""Technical support/sales Manager/Engineer"?
2.OR Hardware Engineer and SOC 2132 can be used to apply new COS?
