MN1 for Baby

Post by JFP » Mon Jun 03, 2013 9:58 pm

Hi,

My baby is due to be born in the UK in October. I am on a Tier 1 visa and will be applying for ILR in Jan/Feb. I would like to leave the UK for a few months in Dec/Jan and wanted to know if this will effect my baby getting citizenship once I get ILR?

Thanks
