I just want to help my cousin he is a non eu citizen married to a eu citizen(German citizen).he lives in spain he got married in spain too,and his wife lives in uk.she wants to call him to uk.the problem is he dosnt have any visa(not even European residence card),they are trying to sort out in spain but its alot of hustle so they are thinking if there is any way he can come here?also they want to find out if HO accepts spain marriage?advise wil be really appreciated and thanks inadvance.
