I do not think a new PIO needs to be issued as there is a space for new passport - may be wrong but that is how it looks. when I changed address last year they did not amend the PIO card but noted this on my residence card.ban.s wrote:Let me try to unwind the woolly comment
In your case, a new BP means a new PIO card needs to be issued. But your address has also changed since you obtained the PIO. So you need to submit a proof of address in addition to the details of your new passport. If you remain in your current address and obtain a new BP again, then next time, you don’t need to provide any proof of address.
