Hi

I went for my extension of Tier 1 (G) to Croydon PEO in march '13 with no dependants. With my application i provided my payslips from NHS, accountant's letter, company accounts, dividend letter, personal bank statement showing dividend payment and my maintenance from another personal account statement.

The case worker called me to the window and asked me whether i have my business account statement or invoice. I told her I dont have them on me and I have provided enough docs for her according to policy guidance. She called again after an hour, giving me a letter requesting further documents and answers,

-> business statement
-> contracts for work carried out
-> invoices
-> certificates etc for IT
-> how many hours i work for NHS and my business

Next day I mailed everything requested including my degree in computer science.

After 2 months I finally received the biometric card followed by my passport.

I was not happy the way I was treated at Croydon PEO. If I am paying extra fee, least they could have done was to interview me properly if they have any concern. I was asked questions while the case worker was standing looking frustrated.

Good luck
