urgent help about visa refusal

hi everyone
can someone please help to know that my uni Cas has been refused by
Home office and now my uni told me that they are contacting home office about the wrong decision, they said it will take three days to get the answer from home office.
My questions are
is this possible
What are the chances will home office will accept their CAS again
can i get my fees back
if i get my refund will they deduct any other charges.
what can i do if uni dont refund

You need to wait until your university arrange CAS for you in its agreed time. Normally at the time of admission the admission officer even admission form mention all the terms & conditions regarding the refund of fee with any charges.
