Child born in the UK

Post by zabadeen » Tue Jun 04, 2013 5:24 pm

Hello All,

My wife and I are on tier 1 visa and our son was born in the UK and we had his extension along with our application last year.

I am going to apply for another extension in couple of months to complete 5 years time to qualify for ILR as I am short of 2.5 months.

I was thinking not to apply his extension to save some money, my question is would it cause any problem for him in future? can we do that legally? I don't have any travel plan and i am under the impression that child born in the UK doesn't need visa unless they go out of the UK.

Can you please advise ?
Thanks
Za
