Address for UKBA to request refund

Could someone please give me the address to send a letter to, when requesting refund from UKBA?

I need to request a refund of an application which was deemed void when i requested that UKBA vary my application from a SET M application to a FLR M application. Instead of deducting the fees from the SET M fees which were already paid, they took a further amount for the FLR M application. So i need my £991.00 back.

Please help with the address, thanks. Sending a guidance will even help further if others have requested refund previously.
